Fatigue means a feeling of weariness, tiredness or lack of energy. It can be due to stress, medication, overwork, or mental and physical illness or disease. Its causes include lack of sleep, malnutrition, low or high blood sugar level, depression, lack of exercise etc.


  • Take 4-5 dates along with lukewarm milk. This helps to increase energy and helps to overcome fatigue.
  • Mixture of beetroot juice, carrot juice and cucumber juice helps overcome fatigue.
  • Ashwagandha (Withania Somnifera) is a very helpful herb for restoring energy. Take 2 or 3 tablespoons of its powder each day with water or warm milk.
  • Eat a good breakfast along with several small healthy meals throughout a day.
  • Cut down your intake of fatty foods.
  • Eat spinach once a day as it contains  potassium as well as many B vitamins, all of which are important to energy metabolism.
  • Take some dry fruits daily.
